The workshop will begin with a guided meditation designed to help you connect with your Totem Animal. Let yourself be carried by this meditative experience to discover what animal is presented to you, revealing the energies and lessons that accompany you. This animal will then become the source of inspiration for your artistic creation which we discuss in a group. Then, you will enjoy a session of clairvoyance 30min/ person, accompanied by a random draw of cards personalised proposed by Nadege Carine Chrysalid'NC to deepen the messages that your Totem Animal wants to tell you.
